Q, Will try my best, but slim chance to make it. Club banquet at noon and Greg has a double header that day. He made the team at WLACC. I am a proud dad. Priest wanted me to go with him to the LA wall on Sunday. Take my boat. I was too busy. He only got a few and nothing big. Water temp had dropped. I put mu mom in an assisted living facility on Sunday. That is a big step in life. Means a lot of driving for me, but is close to the girls. Oh well That is the process of life.

Clicked on the link and saw that Chris Taylor is tying at this event. Is that Chris the sign painter? (In his 60s, big guy with white hair and beard with a big smile.) If it is, tell him hello for me. If you see Steve Fernandez…tell him my daughter ties better than he does. “Hello” is okay too.

You’re in good company. I haven’t seen some of those guys in 20 years.

  3. How did the event go? Was there a big turnout? Would love to hear the results.
